When you browse or use the Cinecta shop, you declare that you have read the privacy principles and the terms and conditions of the services and users guide of the Cinecta shop as well as you agree with all points. In the event of disagreement, the system must not be used.

The conclusion of this document exists only in electronic form, there is no hard copy of it. Could not be retrieved later and it is not advert to a code of conduct.

Purchasable products and scope of services

The Cinecta webshop distributes professional studio accessories and their related accessories under the brand Cinecta. The products images displayed on our pages may differ from reality some cases.
The displayed products can be ordered solely online, only on the Cinecta webshop. The products are delivered by courier service. Payment
Prices displayed on Cinecta shop include 27% VAT.
Payment in advance by bank transfer.

Shipping/Delivery fee

The shipping is free to the listed EU countries. Packaging will not be charged.
When the webshop does not list your country you can request a personalized offer from us by e-mail.
When the bank transfer is completed and the total amount is shown on our bank account the delivery of your purchased item(s) begins with our couriers service provider.
The estimated delivery time will be within 5-8 days.

The packs are shipping your door by the DPD Courier Service or UPS Courier Service (even possibly by subcontractors). If the courier are not able to hand over the packet to the granted address, the fee of the repeated delivery will be charged to the buyer. The return fee of the unclaimed, return packet have to be paid by the client, too.
The package includes the invoice and the warranty card. Please examine the package in front of the courier upon delivery. If there’s damage to the product/s, please request a record of the damage/s and do not accept the package. We can not accept subsequent complaints without the official minutes of the record of the damage/s.

Ordering Process

In order to purchase you do not need to register, simply follow these steps.
1. On the data sheet of the product click to the "Add to cart" button. In the basket you can change the number of the items you want to buy or remove products from the basket as well.

2. In the Products menu you can continue browsing and place more products into your basket. To put new items into your cart please follow the process described in section 1. Click to the " Update cart" button to summarize the value of your order.

3. Continue the order with a click to the " Checkout " button. Please fill the order form carefully with your personal data. (The shipping is free to the listed EU countries.)

4. Click to the "Continue to next step" button to review the details of your order and the granted data. Please check everything carefully. To change anything click to the "Go back" button.

5. If you deem every data correct, the final step of your order will be to click the " Submit order " button.

6. The system informs you about the receiving of the order by email.

The order becomes valid when the customer confirms it by e-mail. That means theautomatically message which is sent by the system is not equal with the order confirmation. In each case, the orders are confirmed in a separate e-mail from our colleagues. In every event of change in prices or change in fulfillment colleagues are intend to discuss it with you. We reserve the right of change the prices: the prices of the web shop are informatory.
In case of any changes the customer can decide whether to assume the changed conditions or not. The offer is valid for 72 hours from the time of the order's confirmation, and the system is ready to receive payment for items within this time interval.
We reserve the right to refuse the confirmed orders in part or completely. Partial fulfillment is possible only after a conversation with the customer. In case of rejection or if the customer does not want to accept the changed terms, the transferred money will be refunded to the customer.
The orders are processed within 24 hours. Outside of working hours it is possible to submit your order, but it will be processed on the following workday.
After you pay your bill, an e-mail will be sent to you with the delivery date.


The warranty is 12 months on our products.
In case of failure you can have information by warranty card. The shipping fee in case of return delivery is paid by the buyer. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, so please read carefully the user guide or view our video instructions at the www.cinecta.com

Right of withdrawal

Within eight working days after receiving the product the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase intention. In this case, the Inner Cut Studio Ltd. (the operator of the web shop) has to pay back the price of the product within thirty days after the cancellation or return of the product. Shipment cost arises as a result of product retun has to be paid by the customer.
The customer can unpack and try the product, but in the case of withdrawal the customer is obligated to return it to the seller in undamaged condition, original packaging with all accessories, completely. Damages of improper use have to be paid by the customer!

Course of the exercise of the right of withdrawal

If the customer would like to cancel their order, they can exercise this right in writing, by letter or e-mail with reference to the product and the order ID. Rights of withdrawal are valid within 8 working days after you receive the product.
In the case of waiver via postal mail we take the postmarked date of the letter into consideration when we count the 8 working days. Please post the letter like registered letter to be demonstrable the date of the delivery.
Please send the product back to our address. The incurred costs for the return-postage have to be paid by the customer. Do not return the product as C.O.D.! We will not receive the C.O.D. package and the fee of the return of the package will be paid by the customer!
The guarantee is not valid in case the damage/s were caused by improper use. The damages caused by improper use must be paid by the customer. After the return of the product, we will pay back the price of the package within thirty days.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information provided during the using of web shop is kept confidential, will not be passed to third parties. The subcontractors are exceptions because without the granted data the order can not be carried out (for example for the courier service the addresses are necessary information).
The invoice issued for the order will be stored as described in the applicable law legislation until the prescribed time.
